About Me Hi, I’m Corey — a lifelong animal lover and dedicated caretaker with over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and everything in between. After a fulfilling career in real estate and finance, I made the intentional decision to step back and invest my time in the things that matter most to me — and caring for animals is at the top of that list. This isn’t a side gig for me. It’s a passion I’ve carried my entire life and now have the time and freedom to fully devote myself to. My Experience Over the past two decades, I have personally rescued six dogs and three cats — often while having my own pets at home — finding them safe, loving placements with family and friends when needed. I have a genuine instinct for animals in need; on more occasions than I can count, I’ve spotted a stray, taken them in, and made sure they were safe and cared for. Most recently, a pair of small dogs found wandering a parking garage ended up becoming beloved pets for my nephews. That’s just how I’m wired. Beyond rescue, I have extensive experience with: • Overnight pet sitting and house sitting • Daily dog walking • Medication administration (oral and routine care) • Dogs and cats with special needs or specific routines • Honoring particular owner requests — because no one knows your pet better than you do I am also a certified dog walker and pet sitter through Rover, with a completed background check on file.
