Pet care experience
My mission is to pet every dog.
Dog trainer for five years, dog lover for 30. I spent my college years working at a dog daycare and boarding facility in my home state of Ohio. Managing a room full of 50-100 dogs was a blast! But one or two at a time is fun, too. I've a Master's Degree in Animal Behaviorism, and that knowledge has only emboldened my undying love for dogs. Now that I'm here in the Bay Area, I hope to use my experience and knowledge to help enrich the lives of dogs all throughout San Francisco!

Corey took great care of Remus. During meet and greet he asked good questions about how to care for him. He was also really helpful when our return flight got delayed and went out of his way to accommodate us. We would be happy to have Remus stay with Corey again!
Corey is super professional and seems to really know his way around dogs. He watched our lab over a weekend and it went graeat!

Wow, what a great first experience with Rover! Corey was incredible. Dollar was comfortable with him right from the second we dropped her off - and so were we! We got great updates from Corey throughout her two night stay. When we went to pick her up, she was obviously excited to see us, but she still went back and snuggled with Corey before we headed out. Can't think of higher praise than that. We'll definitely be back.

Schedule
I work part time in the mornings and the occasional evening on weeknights. My day job schedule is perfect for that morning run, mid-day meal or an evening tuck-in!

Safety, trust & environment
My home is right in the middle of Duboce, Alamo Square and the Panhandle. Regular walks to and from those locales are an easy win for wearing out an eager dog - and at home I have lots of toys, a doggy bed, and I can provide a kennel if lugging around the one you use is impractical.
A typical day
The dog parks near me - Alamo Square especially, but also Duboce and Panhandle - are great places to explore, either on or off leash! For the runners, we can drive to the beach for some fun by the water, or just enrichment and leash manners reinforcement along a neighborhood walk on Page Street.

- Every dog is a good dog! If there are any issues with food agression, fence-fighting or leash discipline that you're aware of, knowing those things up front would be a great help! I'll do what I can to help abate unwanted behavior through nothing but positive reinforcement, but knowing what to expect ahead of time means less surprises and more wags!
