I have personal experience with both cats and dogs from small to large size. I have watched and taken care of pets for both family and family. My father is a dog groomer and have help when feeding, cleaning, and walking pets he has groomed or boarded.

1 star. Would not recommend. Left my German Shepherd for a 7-day board with Cordell and had a really disappointing experience. Updates were inconsistent throughout the stay. There were days I had to reach out first just to get a basic check-in, and the photos he sent were low quality. That might sound minor, but when you’re a dog owner away from your pet for nearly a week, those updates matter a lot. What concerned me more was my dog’s demeanor in the photos. I know my dog’s expressions well, and in nearly every picture she looked sad or confused, a stark contrast to every other time we’ve boarded her, where she always looked comfortable and happy in her photos. The biggest red flags came when we picked her up at 11:30 PM. The moment we got home, my dog went straight to her water bowl and drank like she hadn’t had water in hours. Shortly after, she pooped inside the house, something she never does unless she hasn’t been taken out all day. Given that we picked her up late at night, it’s hard not to conclude that she wasn’t taken outside at all that last day. When you board your dog, you’re trusting someone to treat them like their own. Cordell did not meet that standard. If attentive care and honest communication matter to you, I’d look for another boarder.
Cordell was perfect with Zeus , and even dropped him back off for me . Your fur baby is safe with him . I highly recommend
Jade and I feel lucky to have Cordell in our corner! He is so flexible and kind and I know my doggie feels comfortable with him!
I was disapoonted when I realized he left my dog alone with 2 big dogs. Although I precisely told him that my dog is blind and very attached and can’t be left alone.
Cordell was super helpful! He allowed me to extend my pet's stay on very short notice, which was absolutely incredible. He was very patient with my rescue dog and sent photos of her to let me know she was doing alright. I did have some issues with her having an allergen on her upon pickup, but that subsided quickly. When there was a mixup in regards to the amount of food left with her, Cordell let Jade have some of his dog's food, which was very appreciated on my end. Thank you for opening your heart and home to my dog Cordell!

Schedule
Currently work at Publix with a flexible schedule with most mornings off, I have mondays and Fridays, with a roommate that is willing to help as well.
