Friendly, local dog walker & sitter

I am a part-time dog sitter & walker, based in East London. I’ve been working with dogs for the last 5 years, starting back in 2020, when I used to volunteer at a local dog daycare centre. Now I look after dogs privately, and care for the dogs & puppies of multiple local families on a regular basis. I’ve always loved and grown up with dogs, and getting to work with them is an absolute pleasure. I live in a semi detached house with a medium-sized fenced garden. Dogs are allowed everywhere in the house. We also have a dog-flap in the back door. Per day when I dog sit, I do a morning dog walk which is usually just over an hour. In the afternoon I tend to take them to a nearby park for another run around, but owners can tell me their dog’s energy level and exercise preference and I will work with that.
I can supervise dogs 24/7 - I come prepared so that I will not need to leave the house at all. Dogs can be let out for toilet breaks as often as they need.
If I am just dog walking, I usually always take my dogs to forests/parks within walking distance as to avoid driving or getting public transport, as I know some dogs may feel uncomfortable with this.
My family dog (Coco) is fourteen years old, so I have experience with senior dogs. I take on dogs of all ages, making sure their experience is tailored to their wants and needs. Let me know if your dog has any special needs, or is sensitive to anything. I am able to administer oral medication for any dogs who might need it, let me know if your dog takes any pills with their meal for example.
I do accept puppies! If your dog/puppy is still in training or learning any new tricks, let me know and I can practice with them during their sitting.
I ensure doggy well-being is tip top priority when in my care, and I am accommodating to all circumstances.

She was friendly, clearly experienced and knowledgeable, comfortable and confident with dogs and puppies of all breeds and ages. Safety, trust & environment

Lots of time is spent in the park playing when dog sitting 😊 Usually I take dogs for 1/2 walks per day when dog sitting - I let the owners tell me their pet’s exercise preference, along with any other key information/preferences I may need to know.

Pets

A typical day

I like to take the dogs I sit to the dog’s local park. I’ll happily walk dogs off lead if the owner feels comfortable with that. Lots of toys, treats and cuddles included.
