Coop has stayed taken care of our energetic 80 pound dog, two mischievous cats, and house on several occasions. Whether we've been away on a weekend road trip, or gone for two weeks in Australia, Coop has reliably demonstrated the three things we demand in a pet-sitter:
1) Trustworthiness (can we trust this person in our home?);
2) dependability (can we count on this person to take care of our pets and home the way ...

Coop is a very caring person in general, and when it comes to caring for animals there is no exception. Coop is great at being intuitive to your dogs needs. His active lifestyle is great for puppies that need to move around.

Outdoor Enthusiast seeks same

I grew up in a dog family. My grandparents owned a small kennel and grooming business in Detroit. My parents took me to dog shows. All of this is to say, I know dogs but here are ways that I care for them:
- I am a lover of the outdoors. This means- long walks, hikes and/or runs if your dog follows your running routine. We're in Minnesota so, of course, this means in the ...

What Coop would like to know about your dog

I would like to know how your dog interacts around other dogs- big, small, dominant, submissive, pack dynamics.
The same information around children and other adults. I.e: territorial, people pleasing, skittish, etc...
-Diet, allergy, health and exercise information. Any special concerns?
-What commands do you use? Both verbal and non-verbal.
- What vet do you use and who are your back up people?
-Does your dog have a favorite toy, hang out spot, or place they like to be scratched?
-How do you calm your dog down? Show them love? Show that you are unhappy with their behavior?
-If you want me to, how do you discipline your dog?

When Coop watches your pet

I am a frequenter of Minneapolis/StP parks - as a runner, cyclist and hiker.

If you would like me to run with your dog- I ask that you provide a running leash. I ask that your dog be used to running and does well with commands. Due to my height and weight, I may not be able to accommodate this request for some larger breeds. I carry my own first aid kit on me. I will not bike with your dog.
