My first job was pet sitting at 12!
Mature and reliable dog sitter. My first job was walking Mrs McKensie’s Scotty dog when I was 12. I love dogs and decided to switch from Airbnb to Rover for doggies. You can trust me with your beloved canines. They will have the run of the house, couch, and human or doggie beds!! I have an older terrier mix and had a Weimaraner before him. My house has 1/2 acre of land with a lot of shade. Experienced with small and large dogs, accurate medication delivery, walking in dog groups or running free on the beach. I’ll follow your lead. I understand how important trust in a pet sitter is when you want to escape for a few days or weeks! It would be a privilege to welcome your pup in my home.

Connie is a fabulous dog sitter! She took care of our little guy Rory while my husband and I were staying at the Weekapaug Inn. Rory absolutely loved Connie and her sweet pup. Connie was super responsive, provided a ton of text and picture updates and kept Rory active and entertained. We so look forward to having Connie watch Rory again and could t recommend her enough!
She was amazing with Mumford and helped us in a pinch when our car broke down!

I have thanked my lucky stars to have connected with Connie G.. We met one another while walking our respective doggies and all 4 of us became pals. Connie has often volunteered to take care of Moose ( my very shy and finniky kitty) for weeks at a time and has done a stellar job. My doggy ( Duffy) adores Connie and practically leaps out of the car when he sees her. She is herself an enthusiastic, patient, tolerant and extremely kind pet owner with plenty of love left over for doggies other than her own. I highly recommend Connie as a dog walker and sitter. Any animal under her care would, like myself, be lucky to have found her!

Planning
I am a college professor who works remotely. So I will be home with your beloved doggie for MANY hours a day. I also love the beach and the many walking doggie walk areas in Westerly including Avondale, Moore Woods, Ninigret park and all local beaches when permitted. Again you KNOW your dog— I’ll follow your lead.

I have a large shady yard, several play areas and A LOT of toys. My terrier mix is chill now that he is 12 and he loves other doggies! I am a MOTHER HawK and will never let your doggies outside alone or at night without a leash or my watchful eye to keep them safe.
