Hello! My name is Connor and I have been around animals my entire life. My love for animals, and first pet, was the most adorable Lab Hound mix. I now currently have an active and high energy Dutch Shepherd that loves the outdoors. In high school, my experience with animals included volunteering with the Animal Welfare League of Arlington as a dog and cat foster parent. I fostered animals in need of homes and administered medication, if applicable. In high school, I had the opportunity to work more hands-on and breed some of my animals (leopard geckos, fish, scorpions, and mice). During college, I worked with children and had the opportunity to be a director of a summer camp. I worked as a volunteer at Richmond Animal Care and Control helping out in any way I can in the past. I also have experience with multiple dog/cat breeds, ranging from small pugs to beefy Cane Corsos to muscular Pit Bulls. Ever since I was a young child, I have owned multiple species and types of animals. From slippery fish, swimming turtles, scaly reptiles, slimy amphibians, dangerous scorpions, creepy tarantulas, loveable cats, cute guinea pigs, adorable bunnies, and intelligent rats. I currently still care for many of the animals I had as a child after I moved down to Richmond and Alexandria. I have over forty animals, and my collection is only growing. Working with children and being a director has taught me patience and how to adapt to any situation or behavior. Owning multiple kinds and species of cold-blooded and warm-blooded animals has allowed me to be diverse in pet care. I believe my skills and experience are an excellent match with what you are looking for. I am passionate about providing the utmost experience for your pet(s) and making sure you are able to relax while you know your pet(s) is in good hands. I understand and have the ability to adapt to any type of an animal’s needs and I look forward to helping out in any way I can. YARD: I do not have a yard for your pups to run and play in, but I live near two massive dog parks where your dog can socialize and/or have 1/1 time privately. I live in a walkable city with lots of trails and new smells! PRICES: My fees are at a fixed rate but I am always open to negotiation depending on the situation/scenario. I am flexible and can be accommodating as needed.
