Throughout my childhood, I also cared for pet rats, guinea pigs, and fish, which provided me with a well-rounded understanding of animal care. As I matured, I took on significant responsibilities, particularly in caring for our family dogs during my parents' vacations and day trips. Currently, I live with my fiancé and we are proud pet parents to two black cats, who we love and care for deeply. My commitment to animal welfare extends beyond my own pets. I have house-sat multiple times for a family in Barrie, where I was entrusted with the care of a large dog and a kitten for extended periods. Each time, I performed my duties excellently, ensuring the pets were happy and well-cared-for, and the house remained in perfect condition. My extensive experience with a variety of pets, combined with my dedication to their well-being, makes me an ideal candidate for dog sitting, cat sitting, and house sitting. I provide attentive and personalized care for pets in their own homes, where they’re most comfortable. I don’t accept pets into my home since I have two cats who can be a bit territorial, but that just means I focus on making sure your pets feel safe and happy in their familiar surroundings. I stick to their routine as much as possible—whether it’s feeding schedules, walks, or playtime—so they don’t feel stressed. I also keep your home secure by locking doors, managing lights, and can even grab the mail if needed. If your pet needs any medications, I’m on top of that too, always keeping an eye on their well-being. Plus, I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos, so you know they’re in good hands. My goal is to make sure your pet feels loved, safe, and happy while you’re away!

Connor is just incredible with animals. Anytime Connor has come to visit he treats my animals as if they were his own. So much love, respect and affection for all animals and pets. He has owned dogs, cats, fish and even rats!
We have known Connor for several years and he has become our go to person to look after our two pets (dog and cat) when we travel. He is honest, responsible and most importantly he loves animals. Connor will pop in just for a visit occasionally. ( I think he mostly comes to see our fur babies) Our two get very excited to see him and he obligingly sits down and gives them good cuddles.
I have had the privilege of knowing Connor for the past 7 years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most caring and kind humans I know. Whether your fur-baby is a dog or a cat, Connor will be sure to give them all of the love and attention they need while you are enjoying yourself on vacation. Schedule
I currently work part-time at the mall in Barrie, which gives me a flexible schedule to take on Rover bookings. I’m looking to fill my week with more pet-sitting opportunities, as it not only helps me maintain a fuller schedule but also allows me to spend time doing something I love—caring for animals. I’m able to accommodate a variety of bookings, whether it’s drop-ins, walks, or extended stays, and I enjoy making pet sitting a regular part of my week. Balancing these two roles helps me stay active, and the flexibility of pet sitting lets me tailor my availability to meet clients’ needs.
