My wife Aleah and I have a deep love for animals. We have two adorable cats and our 18 year old pup passed away this August. We are heartbroken from losing him, but we now have the time and energy to help take care of other pups and it feels like a lovely way to honor him while also getting some much needed dog energy in our lives again. It is our opinion that pets are a part of the family, and that they should be treated as such. We love going for long walks and we consider ourselves both dog and cat people. We will treat all pets with deep love, respect and care, just as we do for our own fur babies.

Very flexible, and helpful to us when we were out of town for a last minute wedding. Sent lots of pictures, and our pup came home safe and happy.
Connor did a fantastic job with my two dogs. He seems very knowledgeable about dog behavior and I recommend him highly!

We booked last minute with Connor and he was more than happy to watch our dogs. We got updates every day and upon request that showed how happy they were and how much attention they were receiving. We are very grateful to have found somebody to give our dogs what they need when we were out of town. It will make it easier when we need to go out of town to know that we have somebody to watch them that will give them the love and attention they need and deserve.
I have a special medical needs dog that I put Connor on the top of my dog-sitter list for. He is wonderful and treats her like a member of his own fur family. Connor has had to administer medicine (at 8 and 12 hr intervals) keep my dog away from any and all other food, and make sure she eats her prescribed diet. He has a home which is very comfortable for animals and a big fenced in backyard.
Conner is so good to my Bichon/Shih Tzu mix. She has so much energy and love to give, and he matches her every step! :)

Schedule
Aleah currently works remotely and has a very flexible work schedule. Our pup had very high needs that required 24/7 care and we learned so much about senior dog care through that experience. Now that it's just the cats, pet care is very simple for us again.

I am not accepting pets at my home at this time. My cats are still adjusting to losing their brother and they need some more time away from new animals.

A typical day
I absolutely love hiking in Lowe's Creek and I have a park pass that is good until the end of the year. I am pretty sure I've been on every good walking trail that is in Eau Claire and I know the best ones for a dog in a wheelchair now.
