Connie was amazing! First time using Rover and Connie was consistently updating us and ensured our baby was well taken care of! Daisy came back to us happy and just like herself which says a lot about the way she was cared for! Highly recommend Connie!
Fantastic experience having Connie take, without much warning, our little Yorkie, over almost a week stay over holidays. During our time away, Connie was highly communicative with us, provided updates and photos, and very responsive with pick up and drop off times. Our fur bay came home happy, and ready to sleep so that tells me she had a good time. Highly recommended!

BE AWARE !! Disappointed that we only had one photo about 2 hours after drop off . We had to let her know he needed a walk at a specific time with triggered the photo update. The rest of the time over two days Snuffy was under her care we had zero update. On pickup it seemed rushed and very little info provided. I had asked how he was and all she said was "he was fine." Our dog after being in her care did not seem to be his happy self... Something is off, hopefully he will bounce back. He had a bath right before being dropped off. On pickup he was smelly. Unfortunately will not be using again 😕
