I work hybrid, which gives me the privilege of being present at home with my own dog, Maze. Pet care naturally fits into our daily rhythm: separate feedings, outdoor time, playing ball, neighborhood dog socializing, and daily morning and evening. During work breaks, I love giving affection, enrichment, and quality time. Pet care is a team effort in our household; my husband and I support each other to make sure every dog receives plenty of attention, supervision, and love.

Safety, trust & environment
I always begin with a meet-and-greet to make sure our dogs are compatible. Introductions happen in the backyard or a neutral outdoor space to keep interactions safe and low-stress. In my/your home, safety is a priority: -Gates are used to separate dogs when energy levels or temperaments differ -We monitor play and ensure each dog has their own rest space -We maintain your dog’s routine to help them feel secure For drop-in visits, I follow your care instructions: feeding, bathroom breaks, indoor hangouts, enrichment, and/or a quick walk.

Information Connie C. would like to know about your pet
To provide the best individualized care, I appreciate knowing: -Your dog’s daily routine -Hand signals or phrases you use -Likes/dislikes and fun quirks -Temperament with dogs and people -Triggers (noises, objects, situations, etc.) -Food allergies -Preferred bathroom spots -History of resource guarding or aggression to both people and dogs -Any reactivity to other people and dogs -Whether your pet tests boundaries, if so what signs should I look for? -Barriers that help your dog feel safe (gates, crates, etc.)
A typical day
A fun day with me includes fetch, tug-of-war, kickball, laser play, walk, or social play at the off-leash park. When weather and timing cooperate, I love taking dogs on hikes or outdoor adventures. And if you approve, I’d be thrilled to treat your furry baby to a “pup cup” during our outings!

Fun, Safe & Loving Dog & Cat Care!
Pet care experience
I have 4 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. What sets me apart is how intentional I am about meeting each dog where they are, your pet’s care is individualized to their temperament, needs, and routine. Building rapport is just as important as being confidently in command. I follow your instructions closely so your dog feels comfortable and secure. If your dog is reactive or nervous outdoors, I use (or can teach) helpful cues such as the “focus” or “watch me” command. With permission, I also practice safe recall at off-leash parks. My goal is always to strengthen the bond between us and care for your pet as if they are part of my own family. And occasionally, with your permission, I enjoy making a little chicken or beef broth soup for pups who love a warm treat.

Reviews

Connie was the best! She took great care of our boys while we were out of town. Super communicative and proactive, and the pups seemed to have a blast.

Connie is the absolute best. Extremely responsabile, kind, and communicative. I feel so much better going on vacation knowing Connie is taking care of Daisy for me

Connie saved the day! We’ve worked with Connie before and she is an absolute gem 💎 with out girls, they love her and have a special connection! Today we were in a pinch and couldn’t get home in time due to a family emergency and she effortlessly SHOWED UP for us (in a way a family member would when you call - she took in the ask and found a way to make it work). She was the first person we thought of and came from one job (after it ended per her plan of course) right to another, completely unplanned. Very grateful for her, she’s a core part of who we think of to partner with us to care for our girls. Thank you, Connie!!

Connie is an amazing catsitter and we are so grateful and happy to be working with her. She loved and cared for my cat wholeheartedly and kept us updated every day with beautiful pictures. She went above and beyond and we highly recommend her.
