I own a small business which doesn’t expect me till later in the afternoons, so any pet care before 3pm will almost never be a problem. I spend most mornings taking my pups to the dog park and for walks around downtown Deland.

Our dog’s are our children and I wouldn’t treat your pets any different. We bring our pups everywhere we can. Work, the gym, restaurants, etc. I’m comfortable with administering medication if needed as well.

We always prefer to do a meet and greet before our first visit. I would love to know the age of the animal, if he or she is a rescue, how they are on leash, how is their temperament with food, how are they around children, and other animals?

I’m all about putting myself in my pups shoes and thinking about what would be fun for them. Lots of playtime with toys and endless amounts of love and attention.

I’ve always been a little more comfortable around animals than people. Growing up we always had medium and large size breeds so size isn’t a problem. My wife Erica and I currently have two American bull dog Pit bull mixes and I have three years of animal training experience working for the stranding and rehabilitation institute on the gulf coast. On days I’m not available Erica helps out, and sometimes we do visits together. We can’t wait to spend time with your pet!

Colt & Erica are amazing!!! They have been coming to our house for weeks now to do drop-in visits with our pups 3x per week and it goes smoothly every time! They do everything we need them to do including locking doors/turning on lights/etc. Colt even cleaned up 💩 when our dog wasn’t feeling good and had an accident inside. Could not recommend Colt & Erica enough!!
I can’t recommend Colt enough! He has been absolutely wonderful with both of my dogs—and even my cat. My little dog is usually very nervous around new people, but she connected with him right away. Even after a long break, she recognized him immediately and was so excited to see him again. It says everything that all of my pets genuinely love and trust him. Reliable, caring, and truly great with animals—he’s the best
Our puppy had a “poopy” week! Colts communication and caring are above average! We are so blessed to have him on our side!
Colt has been a fantastic addition to our routine! Our pups are transitioning into a new home and a new job for Mom. Couldn’t do this schedule without his dedication and flexibility!
