Hi there! I’ve been pet sitting since middle school, and it’s something that has always brought me joy. Growing up on a small farm surrounded by chickens, horses, ducks, goats, dogs, and cats means that caring for animals of all kinds truly feels second nature to me. My husband and I have two cats, as well as an aquarium and a little jumping spider, so I understand care for all things big and small. Over the years I’ve looked after pets and homes for neighbors, family, and friends. I’ve also completed a pre-veterinary technician course to deepen my knowledge — because your pets deserve someone who takes their care seriously. Currently I am taking some time away from being a marketing and social media professional and dedicating time to building out my very own cookbook! My husband and I are also expecting our first little one this November! I know how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pets, and I’d love to be that person for you. Whether your family includes something fluffy, feathered, or scaly, I’m here for it! I don’t host animal in my home and am not providing overnight stays at the moment since I am pregnant, but I can do long stays during the day if needed. Colleen took great care of our pup, house & chickens for 2 weeks. She was extremely responsible and respectful or our house. I would recommend her to house sit for your pet and will definitely use her again.
Could I be so lucky to have such a GREAT person to take care of my dog! Colleen was fantastic. She has such a sweet personality and the way my dog responded to her when I returned and saw her with Chloe (my dog) she was ready to follow her home! She did a wonderful job and I highly recommend her. And she was very trustworthy staying in my home and watering my plants too.
Colleen did wonderful with my pup Bogey! She was always near her phone for any quick communication. I highly recommend her for house sitting!
