I’ve had great service both times Colleen has cared for my cat! Very easy to communicate with & always sharing timely updates about care. I know my cat is in good hands with them.

For the past 3 years, we'd had good luck finding caring boarders for our dog. but none of them was available for this holiday season. So we tried a new one, but it did not turn out to be as good as before. We left our dog in the evening but the following morning, we got text messages about her making accidents, no pictures, no words about how she was doing. This had never happened before during her past stays at other boarders'. After this communication, there were no updates whatsoever. In fact, during the entire stay, there was zero photos, and zero updates other than the first set of messages.

Colleen and family were fantastic- great communication and gave my cats lots of love, cuddles and playtime. Loved seeing pictures of the kids playing with the cats and enjoying all the toys. Colleen was great telling me when an issue came up (one cat threw up) and even offered to bring over her own cleaning supplies when we couldn’t use mine. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

We had a last minute out of town trip pop up and Colleen & Mozart were easily to quickly coordinate with. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Colleen and Moe are very reliable, and have shown great interest in our pup. We have felt very comfortable letting our puppy stay with them at their home, and playing with their family! We do continue to use them for day care and would definitely recommend!

Colleen and Mozart are two of the kindest and most responsible people I know. I absolutely trust them to keep my dog when I’m away without hesitation. I know that she’ll be walked, fed and loved just like she would be at home.
