I have been a dog owner for over 30 years. My dogs have ranged from 6 lbs. to 120 lbs. I have dog sat for many friends over the years and fostered a lot of dogs/puppies through a local shelter. Everyone needs a person they can trust to treat their dog like their own, make them comfortable when in their care, and provide peace of mind for the pet parent. I aim to provide that stability and trust with one of your most precious family members. I have spent many years volunteering with a local shelter walking dogs, training, and fostering (even a couple of foster failures).

Schedule
I am home most of the time and have great flexibility in my schedule to accomodate your needs. I am an early riser and like to get dog walks done in the cooler hours.

Safety, trust & environment
For a four legged guest in my home I have several options depending on the personality and comfort level of the guest and their family. All guests stay in the air conditioned home. I have gated areas within my home to allow for privacy. For those who need to be with humans when sleeping, I offer an extra large crate in the bedroom. I have a fenced in yard and three dogs who are kept separate. Although my dogs tend to make guests feel welcome, I respect all parents wishes pertaining to interaction, food, and exercise.
