I live an active, mountain lifestyle. Pet lover and parent for many years. 9 year old large dog, 2 year old medium dog and 4 year old cat in my home. Love dog walks and cat cuddles.

WOW. Colleen is incredible. It was my partner's first time EVER leaving his dog with a stranger, and it was only my second time leaving my dog with someone I didn't already know, and we both felt SO good about it. She understands dog body language and how dogs communicate with each other, she understands dogs and different dog breeds/traits so well. I would trust her with any pet. Her own dogs and cat are absolutely wonderful. We have a australian shepherd and a huskey/german shepherd. Drop off and pick up was wonderful, she is the kindest most lovely human. I could tell the dogs had an absolute blast with her, and were very tired!! She sent us updates and photos which were amazing. I don't know if there is anything more I could say, 10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Colleen is AMAZING and Peanut had the best time staying with her and playing with her dogs! I got lots of pictures and Peanut got lots of outside and play time along with good snuggles. Will 100% be booking again!
Definitely book with Colleen! She took such good care of our boy, and she is obviously knowledgeable and experienced with dogs. 10/10 would book again.
Colleen was able to help watch our pup on short notice during a trip to Canmore. She had a couple other dogs in the house and sent a bunch of pictures of them all playing together and getting good exercise at the park. Our Murphy was well looked after, Colleen was very easy to deal with! Would recommend.
Colleen was able to watch my dog last minute for us when our original sitter bailed days before our wedding. She responded very quickly, sent pictures and an update. Very much appreciated and would definitely recommend to anyone in need for a dog sitter.

Schedule
I’m fairly flexible as I’m self-employed and work between my home and studio in town. Active, mellow dogs and cats are a more suitable fit for longer days and overnight stays in my home.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have a fenced yard so we enjoy getting out for walks several times a day. We especially love the off-leash dog park at Quarry Lake.

A typical day
We love to be outside whenever possible. Long walks in the forested areas, throwing sticks and swimming in the pond are our family favourite activities.
