I have many years of experience with dogs from owning, loving, sitting, fostering and volunteering. As a family, we have had four beloved dogs, each living a long and healthy life. From special needs (3-legged Northern rescue) to high energy (10 week old Dalmatian) to the rescue no one wanted (large mixed breed) to our current terrier mix, we have been very fortunate to have the best dog each and every time! We have been pet sitting for friends for some time, allowing us to enjoy the occasional company of other dogs, while helping out friends. We have decided to expand and formalize this practice and are looking forward to caring for other dogs through Rover! Our home has a large, fenced yard with room inside to allow for private space, if needed. We live close to St. Vital Park which is a great location for dog walks. I will be happy to follow your instructions in caring for your pet and will send regular updates with pictures each day so you can see what your pet is up to and know that he is receiving lots of loving and care. My number one concern while caring for your dog is safety. Our back yard is secure and we are very careful going out for walks. My preference is not to take any dogs to a dog park.
