I am an animal lover with years of experience taking care of dogs of all sizes, temperaments and ages. My services include dog/cat sitting during the day and overnight (in your home or mine), dog walking, transporting, bathing, and anything else you may need help with. No task is too big or small! I’m happy to take your dog for walks/hikes around nearby Golden Gate Park, Lands End, Baker Beach, etc. I have regularly volunteered at Muttville senior dog rescue in SF and am experienced with caring for dogs that need special medical attention. Colleen is clearly great with dogs and has a ton of experience. My dog is pretty reactive and deals with anxiety at times so she can be difficult to handle, but Colleen had no issues and was very mindful throughout. She even sent me pictures while I was out of town. Would definitely recommend.
Colleen was a wonderful sitter who was flexible, kind, and attentive. Luna greeted her with happy eagerness by the second day of her stay and this was their first meeting. It was clear she was in good hands and enjoyed the time she got to spend with Colleen.

I currently work from home, so my weekday schedule is flexible and I can let your dog out and play with them throughout the day.

I have a fenced in grassy yard behind my apartment building for quick bathroom breaks and/or dogs who are leash reactive or don't do well with other dogs. I'll do everything I can to make your dog feel at home! And at your home, I will take care of your dog/cat however you normally do.
A typical day
Whatever your dog is up for! We can check our new smells around my neighborhood, explore Golden Gate Park nextdoor, walk down to the beach, play with toys, cuddle, etc.

- Let me know if your dog/cat has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. I live in an apartment building and need to be respectful of neighbors, so knowing their barking tendencies is important! Other things that are great to know: Are they house trained? Any separation anxiety? What is their normal routine? How often do they go out? Any allergies? Are they friendly towards other dogs/cats/people? Do they go to dog parks? Are they allowed on furniture in your home? The more information the better for first timers :)
