I started pet sitting as soon as I was old enough to stay home alone for friends, family, and neighbors. Throughout the years, I acquired lots of different clients through word of mouth. I have experience watching a variety of types of pets and at home I have three loving cats. I also have experience giving pets medication. Most importantly, I have a passion for all animals and I can assure your pet would be in the best possible care with me.

At the moment, I would need to watch your pet at your house. My current apartment has a strict pet policy and I am only allowed my cats. I am open to sleeping over, just staying for the day, or popping in at scheduled times. When I am staying at a client’s home, I have the utmost respect and make sure to keep the line of communication open.

Colleen is a wonderful, caring, and attentive sitter for our fur babies. We are grateful to have found her in the community. Our babies look forward to seeing her again this Summer!
Colleen took great care of our 4 cats while we were away. She cleaned litter boxes, fed, and refreshed their water bowls. She cleaned the dirty food dishes and took the bagged dirty litter out. Colleen communicated with us regularly to let us know our kitties were doing well. We would rebook Colleen in a second, highly recommend her!!
Colleen used to dog sit for our beloved American Bulldog, Eli. She would stay at our house for sometimes up to a week at a time and always loved him like he was her own. Eli had a lot of health issues and needed several medications, several times a day. He also did not like taking medicine but she was always so great about getting him to take everything. We always knew Eli was well taken care of and got lots of love and special attention when Colleen would stay with him. She would text often and send picture updates for us, and got in touch with us right away if there were any issues. Would highly recommend!!

Schedule
I work in the tasting room at a Cidery in Ithaca. During the winter, I only work a few days a week so my availability is more freed up.
