I work Monday-Thursday from 730-5pm. I am available all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday for pet care and can be available in the early morning and evenings during the week.

I will care for your pets as if they were my own. If caring for a pet outside my home, I am fastidious with details, safety oriented, and believe that exercise and attention is necessary to help reduce anxiety when a pet’s main caregiver is absent. If you are looking to board your pet in my home, I have a fenced in yard and three fur babies to keep your baby company (my cat does not go outside or really interact with dogs) Can crate upon request. I prefer to care for fur babies in their own homes initially- I have a small baby at home so I am selective as to who comes to my home.

I have an agility course in my backyard- we also walk at least twice a day. My husband is a stay at home dad SO for animals that board with us- there is constant care and stimulation.

I have been surrounded by animals my entire life- grew up on a dairy farm in Northern VT. My family consists of three rescued dogs and a rescued 18 yr old cat- Betelgeuse. I have experience with many different breeds of dogs, am comfortable with medication management and am very reliable.

I felt very assured my two older cats were being well cared for in my absence. Colleen even went beyond cleaning the litter boxes having swept and used the vacuum on at least one occasion. I came back to stress free cats and well maintained home. I definitely would recommend Colleen and would he happy to have her drop in with my two again next time I go out of town.
