I work from home (I'm a teacher at an online charter school) with a flexible schedule to provide lots of care and attention to your dog. My teenage daughters (ages 13-16) are willing and able to provide lots of extra love and cuddles for the dogs we care for. We are currently a pet-free home and can provide exclusive time and attention to the dogs we board.

Pet care experience
My name is Colin, and I treat every dog I board like family. As a remote worker, my schedule is built around flexibility — which means your dog is never left alone wondering when someone's coming home. I'm here throughout the day for walks, playtime, cuddles, and everything in between. Whether your pup thrives on a strict routine or needs a little extra patience and reassurance in a new environment, I have the time and attention to make it work. I've spent several years caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, so I'm comfortable with everything from the exuberant puppy who needs constant engagement to the senior dog who just wants a calm, cozy place to rest. I understand that every dog is an individual, and I take the time to learn what makes yours feel safe and at ease before you even drop them off. I live in a quiet, comfortable home where your dog will have plenty of space to relax indoors. We live within walking distance of several parks, and my girls and I love to take adventurous dogs on hikes or to Bend's many dog parks. We'll stick to as much of their normal routine as possible — their feeding schedule, walk times, and any special habits — because familiar rhythms make a big difference in how happy and settled a dog feels away from home. I know handing your dog off to someone new takes trust, and I don't take that lightly. You can expect regular photo and text updates so you can enjoy your time away with real peace of mind. I'd love to meet your pup — feel free to reach out!
Reviews

Colin was great! Loki is a tiny lapdog and got to just hang with Colin on his lap for nearly a week. Loki came back to me calm and pretty happy! Highly recommend.

Colin was great and my pup was very at ease!

Colin and his daughters were incredibly kind and helpful watching our dogs over the holiday weekend — especially with only 30 minutes notice! They sent photo updates throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind, and we never had to worry about our pups at all. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they watch. We’re so grateful for their flexibility and care, and would absolutely book with them again!
Colin and I have worked together in dogsitting and he is a phenomenal furry friend caretaker. He is exceptionally diligent with my senior dog's needs and I would confidently refer him to anyone. His pet-free home and remote job also make it possible for him to accommodate nearly any circumstance.
