I was born and raised in Alaska and grew up with a full team of sled dogs. I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, including large sled dogs, hounds, hunting, and herding breeds, Chihuahuas, rescues, and purebreds. I recently completed my MBA and moved to Chicago for work, and I’m spending the time before my job begins doing something I enjoy: caring for dogs.

I provide walks and drop-in visits only. I’m careful, dependable and will follow instructions closely. Happy to follow specific instructions related to training, rules of the house etc.

Colin was great! I was working nights and asked him to come late and night and early in the morning and he accommodated.

Colin is a thoughtful animal lover that I would trust with any dog. He spent 4 years rehabilitating a rescue dog with me, and showed great patience, care and love. this pup went from barely being able to eat or leave his bed to doing tricks for “shake” and snuggling and trusting Colin so quickly! I have also seen him help raise and care for chihuahuas and a very geriatric dog, so his skills are vast! Colin is one of those people that you know is just a “dog person”. He knows how to love and bond with dogs and can connect with all different types! He’s a responsible and organized guy that you can count on to be on time, show up when he’s supposed to and do a job to its fullest extent. Couldn’t recommend him more to care for your fur baby’s - he’s truly a dog guy!

I recently moved to Chicago and currently have lots of availability. I will clearly block out calendar dates well in advance. Taking care of your pet is my priority!
