When caring for pets in their own home, I follow each pet’s routine closely so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I make sure meals, walks, playtime, and rest happen on schedule, while providing plenty of attention and companionship. I also add enrichment, like gentle training, interactive toys, or short walks tailored to their energy level, to keep pets happy and engaged. I treat their home with respect, keeping everything tidy and secure, and provide regular updates with photos and notes so owners know their pets are thriving while they’re away. My goal is to make every pet feel calm, confident, and cared for.

Colin is everything we could want in a dog sitter. He clearly loves dogs, and dogs love him too. We’re always nervous leaving our large rescue with a new person, but he made everything easy for us. He took great care of our dog and our place. I’d absolutely recommend him.
I can’t recommend Colin highly enough. He was responsive, reliable, and genuinely attentive to my dog’s needs from the start. Communication was clear and consistent, with thoughtful updates and photos that gave me real peace of mind. Maggie came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious he treats every pet with patience and kindness. I will continue to use him every time I need a sitter and wouldn’t choose anyone else. Truly an excellent, dependable caregiver.

Colin was so great with our pup Kona while we were out of town! He sent lots of pics, checked in when he needed to, and Kona had a wonderful time.
Colin did an excellent job! He stayed with our two high-energy goldens and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. He followed our (extensive) instructions, gave daily updates/pictures, and took them on a weekend adventure. Colin is extremely detail-oriented, respectful, communicative, and thoughtful. Our dogs had an amazing time with him. I could not recommend Colin more … He is awesome!

Schedule
Caring for pets is a consistent part of my daily and weekly routine. Each day, I make time for walks, play, and companionship, ensuring that every dog or cat I care for gets both exercise and mental stimulation. I schedule my day around their needs—feeding, medications, or extra attention for puppies or senior pets—so they feel safe and happy. Throughout the week, I also include enrichment activities, gentle training, and longer play sessions to keep pets engaged and healthy. Pet care isn’t just something I do—it’s a part of how I structure my life, and I approach it with patience, consistency, and genuine love.
