Experienced fosterer who has cared for and rehabilitated many dogs. Experience with post-surgery care, dogs with behavioral issues, training, mouthy/chompy dogs. I have a soft spot for knuckleheads who are still learning manners. Can administer medication. I love all dogs, and I understand that each pup has their own unique needs.

Colin is everything you want in a dog walker. He is reliable, responsive and professional. It’s also obvious how much he cares about dogs. We will absolutely use him any time he is available and we have the need.
I highly recommend Colin! He was able to accomodate a last minute 13 night booking. Colin was an amazing communicator, sending pictures videos, pictures and message updates. Colin was able to take Cooper to the vet, taking time during the work day to get immediate care. Cooper had the best time and we will definitely book with Colin again!
Colin was amazing with Scooby! He took great care of Scooby, giving him lots of walks and made him feel very comfortable at home. He also sent so many pictures and videos throughout the weekend and was great communicating with before and during Scooby’s stay. You couldn’t ask for more from a caretaker for your pup, you would be lucky to have Colin!
Colin was great! Super patient and willing to work with our sweet girls quirks. Lady Bug came home well regulated and well tired out from her day and we look forward to booking with Colin again.
Colin is genuinely the most caring and knowledgeable person I've ever met when it comes to dogs. I've watched him foster two dogs since he started as a foster in December and they both became amazing, well adjusted dogs that got adopted out to good homes. He has also helped me with raising and training my young rescue that I adopted in January and has watched her for me when I needed a dogsitter and she adores him. He leads even difficult dogs with confidence, is firm in (positive reinforcement) training/correction, navigates socialization/reactivity issues deftly, and always puts the dogs first and makes sure they have fun. There's no one I could recommend more!

Schedule
I work from home and am available throughout the day for walks and playtime. My schedule is pretty flexible overall. I can wake up as early as your pet needs me to.

Safety, trust & environment
Fenced-in backyard. Spacious home with hardwood floors. I do not currently have any pets of my own and am not currently fostering. I live on a quiet street. Nearby dog park if your dog likes dog parks. I always begin pet interactions with a very calm demeanor to ensure everyone settles in nicely.
A typical day
I really enjoy figuring out a dog's unique play style by paying attention to their cues and body language. I can keep up with the most energetic pets, and am just as happy to spend quality time with certified couch potatoes.
