Thank you very much for looking after our Lakeland Terrier. Communication from the very start was prompt and helpful. It made going away stress free knowing he was in safe hands. Otto was very well looked after and Otto will definitely be staying again.

I cannot recommend Colin enough! From the first meet & greet through to final pick-up: everything was perfect. Due to a change in circumstances I had to alter the duration of my dog’s stay and John was so accommodating of the changes, it felt like nothing was too much bother. It was great getting regular updates assuring me Maddie was having a great time with Colin and John and had absolutely fitted right in and made herself at home.. Thank you so much and we really hope to see you again.

We recently left our dog Charlie in Colin’s care for two nights, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We were specifically looking for someone who offers one-to-one care, and Colin was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about looking after dogs. Knowing our dog would receive individual attention rather than being in a group setting made a huge difference to us. Colin kept us updated throughout the stay with messages and photos, which gave us real peace of mind. It was clear Charlie was not only well looked after but also happy, relaxed, and getting plenty of attention and care. When we picked Charlie up, he was calm, content, and clearly had been treated like part of the family. It’s such a relief to know we have someone we can fully trust. We’re so impressed that Charlie is already booked in for another stay during our next holiday, which says it all!
