Vacation for dogs
I treat any pet under my care the same as I would my own. They become a part of the family. They help me with doing the dishes, sweeping the floor, watering plants and posting their picture on our Purfect Friends Facebook page or Instagram. When it comes to sleeping at night, I mimic what they are used to at home. If they love sleeping in their crate, that’s where they sleep. If they always sleep with their owners then they come jump in bed with me and any other owner sleeping dogs I might have. I like to send videos and pictures on a regular basis to the owners so they can see the fun we’re having and how good they are helping with chores! Sometimes I worry that I send too many photos but they’re all just so darn cute that I can’t help it! I have a backyard that was designed with dogs in mind. My downstairs and finished off garage (complete w outdoor carpeting) become one big play arena for them as well. As an added bonus, I am a Virtual Assistant for a dog training company. I often say I am not a trainer; I am just trained by them. So, tips and tricks are shared with the owners or if requested, I can hook an owner up with one of our wonderful trainers. I think it’s obvious I am overjoyed that I found this profession and every day brings new rewards.... and treats. “Did someone say treats?!!” Btw I am licensed and insured :)

Colean took such amazing care of my corgi, Koda, for just over a week! I received multiple updates throughout each day, including photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Colean is incredibly kind and really understands how it feels as a dog parent to leave your fur baby with a sitter. I never once had to worry, and I truly enjoyed all the thoughtful updates and communication. It’s clear Colean genuinely cares about the dogs she watched and I would absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!
Colean was fantastic and we will definitely be using her again to sit our two English Bulldogs! She kept us well updated with lots of photos, and treated our doggies as if they were her own!

Schedule
I have a helper who lives at my house to help with the dogs. So, if I have to leave to walk dogs or do an overnight at an owner's home, I have someone at the house caring for your pup.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard. I also have gates in my house. One to block front door so no accidental ecapees. Two gates in my bedroom so cat can stay away but keep an eye on dogs and one at the entrance door so I can leave it open for fresh air.
Pets
A typical day
When I bring a dog into my home, he becomes one of the family. I have a nice yard for them to run around and play in. We have a nice community for walks. If allowed on the bed, they get to cuddle up and watch tv and sleep there.
