Caring for your dogs like my own
I've had dogs my entire life and have also had the opportunity to work in animal welfare in the past, so you can rest assured that your dog is in good hands. I have plenty of experience handling dogs of any age, including those with specialized care requirements. Whether you have a dog who enjoys adventure, car rides, or the comforts of home, I'm happy to accomodate the specific needs of your pet. Previously, I worked for 18 years in healthcare, so in the absolutely rare event of an emergency, you can count on me to remain calm and act quickly.

My goal is to continue the routines that exist in your dogs lives to ensure that they are comfortable and secure, as if you never left. I do not hit or strike; learning opportunities are handled through positive reinforcement (if you allow), and a leash will always be used when leaving the home.

I have known Cody since he was a child, he grew up with a dog in the family. As a teenager Cody worked at the local SPCA that is where he met and adopted his dog Koda, a Corgi mix with aggression issues. Cody learned to deal with a difficult dog, and taught Koda that love and care were normal. Cody was just 16 years old but from his care and attention he turned Koda into a loyal and loving dog. I would trust Cody totally to give that same care and affection to any animal. Cody takes incredible care of my two Frenchtons Phoebe and Ginger. They love seeing him and perk up whenever they hear his name. He is very kind and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
Cody has had alot of experience with pets and there care. He worked for the SPCA and has had lots of experience caring for a variety of pets. He loves animals and always treats them with great care and affection. He is an awesome pet sitter!

Schedule
While in my care, the majority of my time will be structured around caring for your dog(s). Special note regarding Sept 14 to 25: I will be taking an online course from Monday to Friday. Between these dates I will be able to do my full course from your home, and I will be able to take several breaks during the day to spend time with, and do potty breaks for your dogs. Extended walks will take place both before and after my course time. Outside of these dates, I will be free to devote my full attention to your dogs.

- I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, those special needs, and aggressive dogs. I kindly ask that you let me know of any accommodations that need to be made before I arrive so that I can ensure that our time together is both fun and safe.
