Hi everyone 👋🏽 Learn all about who we are, what to expect and if we’re the right fit for you and your pet below! 👇🏼 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼 We are pet parents in our early 30’s who truly love being around and with animals. 👱🏻‍♂️ Cody is a big animal lover and dog aficionado! He grew up with animals being raised in 2 households with lifelong cats and dogs. Our current dog is the grandchild of his childhood dog — you can’t make this up! Cody loves hiking with our dog (when it’s cool enough), socializing with him and most importantly playing tug! 👩🏻 Cassie is a big husky fan. Although she didn’t have dogs growing up, she knew once she was ready, she would be up for the task. She’s had two huskies and is no stranger to the breed. She has helped train a husky puppy, comes up with enrichment games to keep our dog busy and is all about the cuddles and attention to our furry child. 🏡 About our home: We live in a safe, lake community for plenty of walks and trails for your dog. Our home has no carpet to keep it nice and cool as well. We do have a backyard filled with its own set of toys just for the outside, a pool if they’re water fans and plenty of space for them to run and chase each other. Inside, we do have a box full of toys, a whole snackbar of treats and a crate for your babies to rest and feel comfortable. 🦮 Our dog: We have a 1 1/2 year old husky who adapts to any friend (haven’t met a dog he hasn’t gotten along with) and loves people and dogs. He is the sweetest boy and has been fully trained and listens extremely well (especially for a husky). 🦴🐾 Games: As husky owners, we know what it takes to keep your dog active, busy and mentally stimulated. We regularly hide treats in towels, blankets, their toy box to get their noses working, tire them and reward them after unraveling the task! We have lick mats, kongs and come up with fun and new creative ways to make their time here not just a stay, but a vacation filled with fun and play! Bins galore — we have a treat snack bar, we have a bin just for ropes, bones/chew toys, a separate bin for balls and then plush toys! 👀 What is a typical day like? A typical day here consists of morning feeding around 5-7am with your instruction and care in mind. We play outside from 5-8am. Their “toothbrush” dental treats given before their usual naps around 9-11am. Weather dependent, we strive for walks mid day from 11-12pm. About 12-1230 we do enrichment toys/games to keep their minds stimulated and busy! From about 1-3 they’ll typically be playing inside and we have cameras to monitor all play. About 3-5, their energy needs to be reserved so more naps are essential. Dinner feeding happens around 5-7pm. To end our day we hang out outside from 7-8/830pm followed by a walk outside around our lake. Lastly, a nighttime biscuit gets them ready for bed in their preferred sleeping area and we get ready to do it all again the next day 🎉 🗓️ Schedules: Cody works during the day and is home around the afternoon. He handles the morning (4-7) playtime hosted outside and provides morning walks as well as evenings. Cassie works full time from home, is with and monitors all activity with the animals all day so your pet is never alone. 🤌🏽 The details: We have no children present in our home at the moment so your furry baby will have all of our attention! No carpet! Doggy door for freedom at their leisure! Flexible drop off and pick up times! 5 star reviews (and recent)! ‼️🚨 We do have standard and mandatory meet and greets — this allows you get to know us and we all feel comfortable the entire way! 🦴: We have a snack bar of treats and we also make our own treats with all dog-safe ingredients! 📸: Pictures and videos are freely given so much so you’ll feed reassured you selected us and that your dog is having the best time so you can too! (Truly) We know what it’s like when you have to be away from your fur child (we understand the worry!) so we send the pictures and videos to not only let you know your dog is okay, but that they’re happy!!! 👀 What do we ask of you!? Be ready for a meet and greet, as we think it helps everyone involved. Bring a dog bed to make your baby be at home as much as possible. (We do have a crate and dog bed in every room of our home) Bring special treats or toys so it feels like they have a piece of you and feel special! 🤔: Still unsure?
