For dogs, this means adjusting each walk to their energy level. From a calm, gentle stroll to a more adventurous outing. For cats, I provide a calm, reassuring presence and engaging playtime that offers both mental stimulation and enrichment. I understand that some pets can be nervous or anxious, so I take extra care to create a secure and relaxed environment, always going at their pace. I have my own friendly dog, so I’m experienced in managing safe interactions with other dogs and can quickly respond to any situation to keep everyone comfortable and stress-free. Whether it’s exploring outdoors, enjoying indoor play, or simply having company and affection, I make sure every pet feels cared for, respected and content. I always keep a close eye on their well-being, ensuring they stay hydrated, comfortable and relaxed throughout our time together.

We had a fantastic experience with Cody. We only needed a sitter for the day, but the whole process was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. She was so accommodating with our plans which we were so grateful for. We received beautiful pics of a happy, relaxed dog, which gave us real peace of mind while we were out. We left our two dogs with Cody for a day while exploring st Ives on holiday. Cody was great, good communication, asked about their routine to make sure they were well looked after. Dogs had a great time and if we lived in this area I would be happy to use Cody’s services regularly.
Cody is great with Morris and i love reading her walk reviews. Always get a few photos and feel very at ease with her looking after him and collecting/dropping him off at my house using a lockbox key.

Anyone who is happy to get completely drenched on a walk is a good choice for Morris. Good communication, came in last minute.
Cody looked after my 2 kittens for a few drop in sessions while I was away. I was slightly apprehensive with them being so young but she did an amazing job and really put me at ease. Sent lots of lovely photos and updates, left our house spotless! Would absolutely recommend

I currently have a part-time job with the goal of growing a dog/cat care business :) I have a family with two young children and a working cocker spaniel. I will do my best to accommodate your chosen days/times on request. Weekends are also be possible on request.

I also like to be aware of any behavioural quirks, such as how they react to other animals, new people, or unfamiliar environments. This ensures I can make sure they always feel safe and secure. Information about medical needs, allergies, or any special care instructions is essential to support their well-being. It’s great to know if they have favourite toys, activities, or comfort routines that help them feel happy and engaged. And finally, understanding their feeding schedule and any dietary restrictions helps me keep everything consistent and stress-free for them while you’re away.
