Ready to walk your dog!
My wife and I had a dog for 13 years and enjoyed taking her hiking and swimming throughout her active years and snuggling on the couch when she became a senior. I'm familiar with the whole life cycle of dog care. From helping puppies get all the wiggles out to carrying seniors whose legs are arthritic and no longer at their best. Now that our girl, Nala has passed away, we are enjoying connecting with others' pets.

Safety, trust & environment
I'm very committed to pet safety and will want to understand all situations in which your dog may become reactive so that we avoid putting your pet in a situation that will make him or her uncomfortable. I also have a tracker that I like to put on all dogs in my care just in case they get spooked or something unexpected happens while we are together.

Code and Dana were amazing! They sent pics daily of their walks and kept me updated on my picky eater. Code came early the day we left to feed and walk the dogs with me to understand what challenges they may see. We have 3 dogs so it’s not always easy to find sitters who can handle them but they made it seem easy. I really can’t recommend them enough. The house was cleaner than how I left it too!! Don’t question it-just book them!!
Code was the best dog dad to our girl, Nala, who we had and loved for 13 years. He took her hiking during her hectic "teenage" years and he carefully carried her up and down flights of stairs when she couldn't walk well towards the end of her life. Even while we had Nala, Code walked dogs in Ann Arbor, MI and had several furry friends that ranged from pint size to a very large dog that was actually part wolf! Since losing our baby girl, we have been hosting pups in our home for overnights and daycare. Code has a soft heart and takes his time to connect with the dogs who stay with us, approaching them at their own pace and following their lead. He has a calm and kind energy that they respond to well. Code is looking to capitalize on his unconventional work hours and love for pets by walking other furry friends nearby. With experience dog walking in Michigan, Code can brave the outdoors in the cold and can also handle the heat (while making sure that conditions are safe for the dog as well). You won't regret booking with him!

Schedule
I have an unconventional schedule for work and am available to let your dog out from 9 am until noon on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Wednesdays and Thursdays are my days off and I'm free to hang with your pup any time!
