Code was the best dog dad to our girl, Nala, who we had and loved for 13 years. He took her hiking during her hectic "teenage" years and he carefully carried her up and down flights of stairs when she couldn't walk well towards the end of her life. Even while we had Nala, Code walked dogs in Ann Arbor, MI and had several furry friends that ranged from pint size to a very large dog that was actually part wolf! Since losing our baby girl, we have been hosting pups in our home for overnights and daycare.
