I’ve had dogs my whole life and have over 12 years of hands on experience caring for animals. I currently have two German Shepherds of my own, who I have extensively trained, including for protection work. This has given me a strong understanding of canine behaviour, body language, obedience and confident handling. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels and needs. I’m also a very active and energetic person who loves keeping animals stimulated, exercised and entertained, whether that’s going for walks, playing, training or simply spending quality time together. I always make sure pets are cared for in a safe, calm and comfortable environment. I take the time to understand each pet’s individual routine, personality and needs, and follow their owner’s instructions closely. I’m confident handling dogs of different sizes, energy levels and temperaments, and I prioritise positive reinforcement, supervision and keeping pets active and engaged. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their usual routines as much as possible. I’m responsible, reliable and attentive, and will always make sure pets are safe, comfortable and well cared for while they’re in my care.

We couldn’t recommend Coco highly enough! She is absolutely incredible with animals, it’s almost as though they are naturally drawn to her. She has such a calm, kind and genuine way with animals that you can see immediately how comfortable and happy they are around her. She really is an animal whisperer! What makes her even more amazing is her understanding of dogs and their behaviour. She has worked with and successfully trained anxious, aggressive and challenging dogs, helping them become more obedient, confident and manageable through patience, consistency and kindness. You simply couldn’t ask for a better dog walker. She genuinely cares about the animals in her care, and you can have complete peace of mind knowing your fur babies are in the best possible hands.

Schedule
I work part-time afternoon/evening shifts, starting at 3pm, which means I have plenty of availability during the mornings and early afternoons for pet care. I’m able to dedicate time to walks, play, feeding and giving pets plenty of attention before heading to work. I’m also available on my days off and can be flexible with different routines and schedules.
