From the very first moment, they gave me immense trust and calm in what was such a difficult process for me. it was the first time I had to leave my puppy for work reasons, and I was quite worried. Cletsi gave me the calm I needed, always keeping me close to my little one with photos and constant communication. I also want to thank her for her flexibility and patience when I had work-related unforeseen events. Her care and love for the most important little being in my life, has been incomparable. Only someone who has this bond with a pet knows how important it is to leave them in good hands, and Cletsi has been the perfect person. Infinite thanks! Cletsi and her husband were absolutely wonderful with my fur baby River. From the start, they were kind, attentive, and proactive about setting up a meet and greet. We talked through everything so I felt completely comfortable about how River would be cared for, especially since this was our first time and we just moved to Miami. When I dropped him off, the best sign of all was that River immediately walked right in with her and didn’t even look back at me. That told me everything I needed to know. He felt safe and happy, and so did I. Even though it was just one night, I truly felt they was in loving, capable hands. I will definitely be bringing River back to Cletsi because I know he’ll be cared for as if he were their own fur baby. 🐾💛
