Dedicated Dog-sitting Duo!
We have four years of experience caring for a Poodle/Schnauzer cross, Dexter. We stay in his home for extended periods, up to two weeks at a time, managing his daily routine, exercise, and well-being while his family is away. Additionally, we had a springer spaniel (very energetic!) puppy live with us for two months, where we developed skills in training, socialisation, and adapting to the needs of younger dogs. Since joining Rover in early 2025, we have cared for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes, both in our home and in their owners’ homes.

Ella looked after our dog and guinea pig (+ fish and stick insects!) for us for 2 weeks while we went abroad. She was absolutely amazing with all and we came back to a very relaxed and happy dog, and a nice clean and tidy house. Kemba clearly felt happy and comfortable with her and we would definitely book her again. Thank you Ella x
fantastic and lovely girls, i was worried about leaving my older dog as she can be weird with people but they were fantastic with her, actually both dogs i would highly recommend!
Cleo and Ella were amazing, friendly, lovely personalities and kind. They sent photos and general information while we were away. The dogs were so well looked after and walked every day that I think they may leave home to stay with Cleo. Both dogs are clean, happy, and well fed. The house is absolutely spotless even though we were away for a long time. I cannot recommend Cleo and Ella enough, they were 5 stars plus and I would certainly book them again and really hope they are available next year for our long, annual vacation.
Truly excellent dogsitters, sent us updates everyday and looked after Max in the best way. Very accommodating, flexible and excellent communication. I would highly recommend.
I was very pleased with Cleo and Ella. Coco is a nervous dog, especially in a new environment and they did their best to make her feel comfortable and at ease.
We could not have been happier to entrust our 2 old boys to Cleo and Ella, from the moment we met we knew that our boys would be well looked after and fussed....and they were! Thank you so much for the love and care you gave to Tetley & Twiglet. We will see you again soon.

Schedule
Cleo previously worked as a university lecturer and is currently taking a planned career break. She is home throughout the day, making it easy to provide consistent feeding, walks, companionship, and any routine a dog is used to. Ella previously worked in community engagement and is also on a career break. This means your dog will have near-constant human company, with both of us around during the day as well as in the evenings and at weekends. Dogs staying with us are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, supervision, and care from both of us.

Safety, trust & environment
In our home, we provide a safe and comfortable environment. We have a large, enclosed garden, perfect for supervised play and fresh air. (Please note, we have small gaps in the fenceline that small dogs can fit through so we will not let small dogs outside without a lead. Instead, we will take them on long walks in the parks nearby.) Inside, pets are welcome to go anywhere in the house and we have a room upstairs where they can go if they want some quiet time. We will tailor our routine to match their usual schedule as closely as possible, so they don't feel unsettled when they come to stay. Walks will be on-lead unless you let us know otherwise. When caring for pets in their own home, we maintain their familiar routine, offering consistency in feeding, exercise, and companionship. We prioritise safety by following any specific care instructions and keeping a close eye on their wellbeing. If we have any concerns or worries about the wellbeing of your pet, we will let you know immediately.
A typical day
We have huge green spaces within a few minutes walk of our house, so we will be there exploring every day. There are lots of other dogs and dog owners in the area, so plenty of opportunities to play and have fun with other dogs. There are other fantastic walking spaces within a car drive of our home so let us know if your dog is happy to be in the car (we provide dog seatbelts!).
