Paws, Parks & Peace of Mind

Hi! I’m Claudia, a dedicated pet sitter in Laguna Niguel who provides attentive, reliable, and personalized care in a calm home environment. I share my home with Wally, my 5-year-old Border Collie—an incredibly sweet and social dog who gets along beautifully with other pets. He is playful, gentle, and has never been in a fight. He is a wonderful companion and a calm, friendly presence for visiting dogs. We live in a quiet two-story condo with a fully fenced patio, just minutes from Laguna Niguel Regional Park and Yosemite Park—ideal for daily walks, enrichment, and outdoor adventures. Being outside is part of our regular routine, whether that means longer walks and runs or relaxed strolls, always adapted to your pet’s age, energy level, and individual needs. I am currently early-retired/on sabbatical—still figuring out the label!—which means I am home full-time and have a very flexible schedule. I live by myself, so your pet stays in a calm, predictable, adult-only environment with plenty of personal attention and minimal time alone. Since joining Rover in February, I have enjoyed welcoming dogs with a wide range of sizes, personalities, routines, and energy levels into my home. I have also cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs over the years, including a German Shepherd and an Eurasier. For additional safety and peace of mind, I am Pet Tech CPR & First Aid certified. Originally from Germany and based in Laguna Niguel since 2014, I value calm routines, clear communication, thoughtful care, and treating every dog as an individual. Coming from a senior leadership background, reliability, responsibility, sound judgment, and follow-through are second nature to me—and I bring those same qualities to caring for pets. You can expect dependable communication and daily photo updates. My goal is simple: a safe, happy, comfortable stay for your pet and complete peace of mind for you. Why Book With Me? • Pet Tech CPR & First Aid certified • Calm, adult-only home—no children and a low-stress environment • Home full-time—flexible schedule and minimal alone time • Minutes from parks and trails—daily walks and outdoor enrichment • Friendly resident Border Collie—social, gentle, and well-mannered • Experience with small to large breeds, personalities, and energy levels • Daily photo updates—you will always know how your pet is doing • Attentive, personalized care adapted to your pet’s routine and needs

Claudia & Wally were a perfect combo to hang with our 7mo old puppy for the day. Definitely look forward to having them back again.

Doggy Day Care • Aug 10, 2026

Twix had such a great time with Claudia and her sweet dog, Wally! She took them to the park where twix had lots of fun, and kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was so reassuring to know Twix was having fun and being well cared for. We really appreciate all the attention she gave him. Highly recommended.

Claudia was wonderful with our Callie. She has a lovely home with a large yard where the dogs were able to run and play. She also took them to a local dog park to play and socialize with other dogs. Callie came home happy and well cared for. I would definitely recommend her and will certainly go back to her in the future.
