I've grown up surrounded by animals from dogs & cats, to cattle & horses. For dogs, I've had labradors trained as family dogs, and as bird hunting dogs. I've had several house cats with varying personalities. I have been caring for my own pets for 8 years, and have been house and pet sitting for others for 3. I've administered oral medications, worked with high energy dogs, elderly dogs, and handicapped cats. I have worked with foster dogs, and trained working dogs. Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I am comfortable with a variety of training/pet ownership styles, ranging from kenneled dogs following strict rules, to those used to having rule of the house. I work to respect the current training styles as to not disrupt predetermined expectations for animals. I have worked with a wide range of pet ownership styles and can adapt to meet the routines of the animals, from feeding and walking, to rules surrounding furniture and socialization. I work to keep your animals as comfortable and happy as possible.

Claudia did a wonderful job with our dogs. We don’t leave them for an extended period of time very often, so we were quite nervous. Claudia put us at ease right away and kept us updated and sent pics to us. The house was just as we left it. We are very appreciative of the great care she gave our 4 legged family members. I highly recommend her for your next pet sitting.

Claudia has watched our hazel many times when we are out of town. She comes to our home often and Hazel LOVES her. She’s very gentle, patient and loving to any and all animals! Highly recommended.

Claudia cared for my hobby farm for a week in March of 2022. She expertly cared for my horses, goats, pot-belly pigs, chickens, dogs, and cat. I foster for an animal rescue so there were 8 dogs that she also cared for. Claudia is compassionate with house pets and definitely knows her way around barn critters. She is strong and diligent. I would highly recommend her. My animals were all happy, healthy, and well-fed when I returned. I don't even think they noticed I was gone.

Schedule
I am currently a college student and involved in a couple clubs on campus. I'm free most evenings for overnights, and typically have frequent breaks in my day that allow me to let dogs out or walk them.
