Your dog's home away from home
Ken and Claudia have had pets their entire lives. Claudia has worked at a vet clinic assisting with animal care and knows how to give medication and injections so you can feel safe leaving your best friend with us. Ken has completed training with the Canadian Kennel Club working with dogs with fear based aggression.

Claudia was great with Bash and sent pics and videos so I had peace of mind while away. He can be shy with strangers but definitely enjoyed his visits from Claudia!

I’ve never seen something this natural with dogs. Ken did an awesome job with Toast. He made sure toast was comfortable with him and was super diligent with him. Ken gave timely updates and I was very confident with his care for toast from the get go. 10/10 recommend.
This was our first experience with house sitting for our Bernese, Lucky and our cat Harvey. Claudia and Ken were wonderful; very communicative and sent lots of photos and updates. We were so thankful to have someone stay with the animals in their own space instead of having to send to boarding. We came back to our home just as we left it, with our animals well taken after and loved. Would recommend Claudia and Ken to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

Schedule
We start the day with a trail walk at one of the two conservation areas in our neighbourhood or walk along the waterfront. Depending on your dogs needs, we can go to a dog park, 1-1 leashed walk, or play 1-1 in our fenced backyard. Just let us know what your pet's schedule is so that we can keep it consistent for them.

We are in a detached home with a large fenced backyard. Our 9 year old husky is with us every two weeks and loves other dogs both small and large. There are lots of toys to share in the house as well as stimulation puzzles. If your pet needs to be crated, we have a large crate available.
A typical day
We offer: trail walks in one of two conservation areas in the neighbourhood, walks along the lake, fenced in backyard play, and mental stimulation games on rainy days Just let us know what your dog likes to do :)
