I am currently working full time in a veterinary clinic, however, my schedule still permits me to provide boarding/house sitting services for pets as well as evening walks.

I want to of course know what they feel comfortable with as well as what makes them uncomfortable. I'd like to know any activities they enjoy and if they have any favorite toys. I know that all dogs are different and that their personalities vary and can change depending on their surroundings so I'd like to know anything that will help me get to know them better to make my time with them special to them. Do your dogs have any medical needs, medications that need to be administered? How do they do with other pets? Cats or dogs? How are they about car rides? Any triggers during walks?

Time I'll spend with your dog This of course varies with each dog. Some may need more attention than others, some want to play while others just like to cuddle and be petted. I plan to visit with your dog 2-3 times a day depending on distance but each visit will be 20 minutes to an hour. When boarding I like to take them out on walks and if there is a pup event in the city during their stay we'll likely take them for them to have a different experience.

Hello--My name is Claudia, I am a veterinary technician and have a deep passion for quality care of all animals and therefore decided to become a pet sitter. I am currently owned by my English Bulldogs and Frenchies. I have experience with different breeds, sizes and temperaments. Because I do have dogs of my own I know that a pet is a family member and you want nothing but the best for them. I have a really good work ethic. I am hard working, responsible, trustworthy and in love with all animals. I'd be happy to help around the house (bringing in the mail, taking out the trash, water plants) while you are away not only for the security of your home, but for your pet to feel comfortable as well. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover ever since I can remember! I wanted to be a vet when I was younger and still to this day consider that career. I got my first dog when I was 6 years old and since then never gone a day without one. I've had from Chihuahuas, to Labradors, and different bulldogs. My experience administering medication I've administered both oral and injected medication for both dogs and cats. With the proper instructions I have absolutely no problem administering medication.

Claudia is amazing! She took such wonderful care of Archie, going above and beyond for his needs. She’s great at communication and providing updates, photos and videos. I could tell Archie had a great time with her. I will always rebook with her!!
We cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly attentive to our fur babies and always provides excellent communication, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. She truly has a gift with animals & the dogs absolutely adore her. It’s clear she understands their personalities and “pet language” so well. Knowing pets is such a blessing. We received updates and great photos. We are so grateful to have found her and will continue to book with her whenever possible!
