I have really enjoyed having dogs in my home. I didn’t know I would love doing this as much as I do. Every guest I have had has been so great! One even hopped right up and slept in my bed with me. 😂

Claudia was awesome! Had our 2 dogs for 10 days and they took them in as family. I cannot say enough how grateful we are for them.

Claudia was absolutely incredible with my English bulldog, Maggie. From the moment I dropped her off, I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such loving, attentive hands. Claudia is one of those rare sitters who truly gets how much our pets mean to us—she treated Maggie with the same care, compassion, and tenderness I give her myself. Maggie can be a bit of a needy, quirky little gremlin-teddy-bear mix, and Claudia handled her personality perfectly. She kept me updated, gave Maggie tons of affection, and made sure she felt comfortable, safe, and right at home for all three days. I could tell Maggie bonded with her quickly, which says everything. If you’re looking for someone who will love your dog like their own, look no further. Claudia is exceptional, and I’m beyond grateful for the peace of mind she gave me while I was away. Maggie and I will definitely be booking with her again!

Claudia is very friendly, reliable, and loves dogs. She took special care of Cody, my Vizsla, while I flew back to Oregon for some business. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Claudia provide TLC for your dog when needed!
Claudia watched my bulldog and was AMAZING! She has a large fenced back yard and lots of love to give. She sent pictures and updates through out the week. She took Benny on daily walks and had lots of play time. I’d highly recommend her to watch your furry family member.

Schedule
I am a retired teacher. I leave periodically for various things, but am not gone for long periods of time. My grandkids come over often and love dogs. I'm very protective of the dogs and ensure kids are careful, especially with little pups.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard. If it's too hot or cold for me, it's too hot or cold for my guest. If it's nice weather, I encourage outside time if my guest seems to feel comfortable with that. I will crate the dog if requested, but I have never done that and always allowed my pets free rein. I do not have a doggy door but allow frequent opportunities for potty breaks.
A typical day
Going for walks is great exercise for BOTH of us. I also take them out in the evening and play laser tag and/or tug-a-war. I’m good at giving cuddles and good back and chest scratches.
