Experienced pet cuddler
I am a neuroscience graduate from BU and was briefly a a PhD student at CUNY and recently just ended working for a nonprofit. I have had two beautiful dogs, a white lab and a black lab German Shepard. They were both super energetic and cuddly. Both have recently passed away. Despite being small, I’m great at handling dogs of all size and demeanors. I was a cat sitter for 8 months for two sweet orange cats: May and Pumpkin. They’re a bit older but are playful sweeties Currently my availability is pretty open and I’m also pretty flexible. Apart from my own pets, I have cat, dog, and rabbit (yes) sat for many friends and family and have always been asked to do it again. I also have worked as a dog walker for 6 months for dogs as large as German Shepards to chihuahuas. Though we did not offer house sitting, I have done this for many friends and from walking, have experience entering and leaving homes respectfully and befriending dogs without their owners present. Dogs bring me so much joy but I can’t have my own due to my lease so I’d love to play with yours :) and I love my cats but am always excited to meet new ones

I try to leave everything as I found it. I am happy to go over your special pals needs. I will probably update you/ask questions the first day or so just to make sure I can have the best time with your pup. I also send tons of pictures!!!

Claudia was wonderful with our Luna girl. She communicated frequently with photos and clearly loved our baby! Highly, highly recommend and hope to have her stay with Luna again!
Claudia watched Nora for a weekend and made us feel completely comfortable! Nora is a puppy and needs a ton of attention. Claudia kept us up to date (tons of pics) and made us confident Nora was being well taken care of. We will definitely book again!
Claudia did in home pet sitting for my dog and cat. She was reliable, an excellent communicator, and so great with my animals. I would definitely recommend her!
Claudia was amazing!! She did great with our nervous dog (who can be very particular about who she likes and doesn't like). Claudia was punctual, followed our pup's care instructions exactly, and sent lots of updates so that we had peace of mind while we were away. We would definitely book with her again!
Claudia came over to let out our pup Nora! She was prompt and kind! We felt our pup was in great hands with her and just booked for an overnight stay as well.
Claudia was great with Fraser! Fraser absolutely loved her, she was great at communicating as well. Definitely knows a lot about dogs and asks great questions that made us so comfortable to have her stay with our fur baby. I would ask her to stay again & definitely would recommend!

I am currently job searching for a 9-5 but am really looking for a great fit so I don’t anticipate starting immediately and… I love animals!!
