I would like to know the pet's age, breed, if they have any health conditions that require medication, if they've had any problems with people in the past and any other additional information you can provide me with. I love any and all dogs, but grew up with a Labrador and it takes me back to my childhood whenever I have the opportunity to dogsit Labradors. I also grew up taking care of Beagles, so watching Beagles also takes me back. However, I am not partial to any dog breed and would welcome the opportunity to watch your dog.

My neighborhood is very dog friendly and everyone always has their dogs on leashes when taking them for walks. So for starters, I will take your dog for walks in my neighborhood, which is in the older part of Valparaiso so it is a more quiet neighborhood. If your dog enjoys car rides and is allowed to have pup-cups, I will take them for a car ride and conclude it with taking them to get a pup-cup. If your dog is allowed walks on the beach, I will ensure every precaution is taken, and will happily take them for walks to the beach. Play time will never be an inconvenience, as not only does my home provide adequate space, I also have a very large backyard which will ensure as much quality play time as possible.

I am a genuine dog lover, and understand that dogs have varying needs. I am organized, detail oriented and take precautions to be prepared for the unexpected. I will accommodate and ensure that your dog is provided with the utmost care and attention, ensure they're fed on time (with snack breaks in between if allowed) and take them on frequent walks. I grew up with a dog at a very young age and also understand the correct way to introduce dogs to other people. I never want to make a dog uncomfortable in their overnight living space. If they are staying at my home, I will ensure they are given adequate time to familiarize themselves with the space. After years of being around dogs and taking care of dogs, I have picked up on what dog anxiety can look like and am prepared to assist your dog in whatever needs it may have. If your dog requires the usage of medicine, I will make sure that the time the medication was taken will be written down, so that you can be rest assured they have been taken care of. I truly believe that dogs are man's best friend and believe they should be treated as such. They will be in good hands, and if ever worried, you are welcome to call/text me at any time.
