Holiday dropins avail. PG, AA, Calv

**I will be based in the Upper Marlboro area from 12/22 - 1/6 and available for drop ins around PG, Calvert and Anne Arundel counties** I am a loving cat parent with over a decade of experience caring for a wide range of animals. Including work on a farm for a veterinarian, where I gained extensive hands-on experience with animals of all types, temperaments and needs. I specialize in senior and special needs care, including pets with severe separation anxiety, mobility limitations, and medical conditions such as diabetes. I am comfortable providing medication administration in all forms, wound care, diapering, and care for both infant and palliative animals. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, and farm animals including goats, sheep, horses, and fowl. My schedule varies day to day as I have regular drop-in clients, so constant care (for pets who can’t be left alone or can only be left for short periods) may require some notice to ensure proper availability. For constant care or hourly babysitting during daytime hours, my typical rate ranges from $20–$30 per hour, depending on the level of care needed. Overnight care (around 12 hours) is generally $100 per night. 24hr supervision is $300 per day. My goal as a guest in your home is to always leave it as clean, if not cleaner, than when I arrived, but if you would like to come home to a sparkling clean house I also offer a deep cleaning service on stays of a minimum of 2 nights or more.

Safety, trust & environment

"Safety, trust and environment": I do not currently offer boarding, but I am happy to provide drop-in or overnight care in your home and always strive to keep your pets routine as normal as possible. I am not comfortable with off leash outdoor time unless in a fenced yard, with the exclusion of working/farm dogs. I prefer walking with a harness and that your dog is collared with ID.

House Sitting • Nov 30, 2025

Clarke was excellent! This is my first time hiring her after my other sitter retired. I had her stay with my cat 3 overnights and 3 day visits for giving mid-day meds. My Ocean girl is 17yrs old and has several health problems. She has multiple meds and needs a careful eye kept on her for behavioral changes. I got updates and photos after every visit which really made a difference on my piece of mind. I could tell she paid attention to details, spent time interacting with Ocean, and was respectful of my home. I gave her a lot of info about Ocean's health and preparing her for the possibility for stressful scenarios like a seizure and how to respond to it. And she took it in stride! She definitely seemed comfortable thinking on her feet. I recommend Clarke for anyone's pet care needs. Thanks so much again, Clarke!

We are so grateful for the amazing care our pup received! Clarke went above and beyond to make sure our girl was happy, comfortable, and well-loved while we were out of town. We received frequent updates, photos, and messages that gave us complete peace of mind throughout our trip. If you’re looking for a pet sitter who is reliable, attentive, and genuinely kind and caring- book with Clarke! Will absolutely book again!

Clarke was amazing! They looked after our dogs so well and sent photos several times a day. They also looked after our house well too and stripped the bed and washed the bedding which was a real bonus for me when we got home late. I would definitely use them again

Clarke took care of our Vizsla when both of us did Ironman Maryland. She made sure our doggie-daughter had a good day while we were out of pocket for many hours. Clarke took time to be sure she understood what our dog needed and offered her personalized tender loving care. Thank you, Clarke!

Clarke was so great to my dog Lucy! Our dog has anxiety and never wants to be with anyone except her family. Clarke made her feel so comfortable and loved as we were gone. I will definitely use her again where we are in the area. She was the best!

Clarke stayed in our home and took great care of our senior dog Sammy. Sammy requires several meds and eye drops which were easily administered by Clarke.

It's important to know about any quirks your pet may have to adequately provide for them. Do they have separation anxiety? Medical concerns to look out for? Knowing their routine as much as possible provides an easier transition.
