I have my own pets I care for daily, it’s been apart of my daily life for the past 20 years. I do not walk dogs during the day if there is extreme heat, we can adjust as needed.

I do not keep pets in my own home. I do not have space in my studio for any additional pets. In clients homes, I request the rules, cleaning supplies, and emergency information to be provided prior to care. Your home deserves just as much care and attention as your pets do!

Please let me know if the dog has any health concerns or if you are working on any specific training plans. If your dog tends to be reactive or has any issues on the leash I will work with them to make walks fun for everyone.

Pet care goes beyond just a walk and treats, play time is just as important! A game of tug of war or an hour of fetch is always on the agenda for the day. If you are working on a training program I can incorporate that into the day for you as well.

Yes! I would love to meet your pets! I’m a natural with animals and I’m doing this as my main job because I love animals and they seem to really love me too. 😊 I have experience with all ages and sizes of dogs and can work with reactive dogs as well. My walks typically range from 1.5-4 miles depending on the activity level of the dogs and my drop in visits can include a walk. If you need a quick drop in (food, water, quick potty break) please let me know and I can do an adjustment to the price based on situation.

Our experience with Clarissa was fantastic! She was very thoughtful of all our needs. She cared for our 9 month old puppy with great attention and love. We greatly appreciated all updates everyday with photos of our puppy walking and playing. It was amazing to come home to a clean house and everything cared for so well. We highly recommend Clarissa and will be excited to have her come back.
Clarissa is so good with my 80lb Goldendoodle. She handles our girl that is extremely strong and not the best on a leash so well and we are so thankful for her !
Always great having Clarissa stop by for our dogs! She is very reliable.
