Availability
Pet care is my full-time profession — not a side hustle. My schedule is built around providing proper attention to each booking without overloading or rushing. I structure my day to give each booking the full time and attention it requires, only taking on the number of dogs I can manage calmly and safely to ensure consistency and reliability. Short-notice bookings (same day or next day) may include a small additional fee. All bookings and payments are handled exclusively through Rover.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety, calm handling, and predictability come first in all services. For walks: • Solo walks only (unless two dogs live together) • On-lead walking for consistency and safety • Routes planned around your dog’s habits, triggers, and needs (traffic, distractions, scavenging, etc.) • Full booking duration always honoured For in-home care: • I follow written care instructions closely • I’m comfortable with all access arrangements (keys, lock boxes, codes) • Your home is treated with care and left secure and tidy at all times In hot weather, I adjust walks responsibly — prioritising shade, hydration, toilet breaks, and indoor enrichment instead of unnecessary exposure.
Information Clarence H. would like to know about your pet
To ensure calm, low-stress care for everyone involved: 1. Dogs should be comfortable around people and other dogs 2. I’m not the right fit for dogs with significant reactivity or aggression 3. Care instructions should be provided in writing before the booking starts This helps me maintain a controlled, relaxed environment where dogs can enjoy their time safely.
A typical day
A typical day is structured, calm, and tailored to the individual dog. Walks are unrushed and focused on safe, controlled movement rather than distance or intensity. For dogs who need lower stimulation, walks are kept predictable and calm. For drop-ins and house sitting, care includes feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, basic care, settling time, and maintaining your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible — including walks, meal times, and bedtime habits. My goal is minimal disruption for your dog and complete peace of mind for you.

Pet care experience
I’m a full-time, professional dog walker and sitter based in Chiswick (W4), providing calm, reliable care for owners who value clear communication, consistency, and genuine peace of mind. I focus on structured walks and routine-based care — not rushing, overcrowding, or cutting corners. Clients choose me for reliability, safety, and knowing their dog is in experienced hands. I’m consistently 5★ rated with long-term repeat clients, fully insured under my own private policy (including public liability, care & control, keys & property, and personal accident cover), and DBS checked. I’m always happy to share proof if needed. I respond quickly, communicate clearly, and follow agreed routines and instructions exactly.
Reviews

Clarence was excellent as always!

Clarence is wonderful! He took care of my dog as of his own, he followed my asks to the letter, he took fig on lots of walks, and shared pictures and videos with me so o knew they were safe and happy. Will make Clarence my regular dog sitter going forward :)

Clarence was an excellent dog sitter for our two senior dogs. The dogs were happy and calm upon our return, Clarence quickly won them over; a testament to his gentle and caring nature. Clarence followed instructions and left our home exactly as he found it. We look forward to Clarence dog sitting in our home again soon!

Clarence was fantastic with our two senior dogs, they’re a little shy and nervous with new people. Clarence was clearly attentive and sensitive to their needs because they were warming to him after the 2 hours he sat with them, and relaxed (not stressed) when we returned home. Clarence sent pictures during the sit and was respectful of our home. We look forward to booking Clarence again soon!
