Home from home dog boarding
Hi, I’m Clare! I’ve been providing dog boarding through Rover for over three years and absolutely love caring for dogs. Having owned dogs all my life, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to look after your pet as if they were their own. I currently have two friendly dogs of my own and offer a safe, relaxed home-from-home environment for every dog that stays with me. One of the biggest advantages of boarding with me is that I am basically at home all day, every day, only occasionally popping out for short periods such as the school run. This means your dog will have plenty of company, attention and supervision throughout their stay and will rarely be left alone. I live in Culcheth, a lovely semi-rural village with lots of beautiful local walks, so dogs staying with me enjoy daily exercise as well as plenty of opportunities to explore. I treat every dog as part of the family and always take the time to get to know their individual personality, routine and needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing, cuddles on the sofa or simply having company, I’ll do everything I can to make them feel happy, comfortable and settled. I know how important peace of mind is while you’re away, so I provide regular photo and video updates throughout your dog’s stay. You’re also welcome to contact me at any time for an update. Before any booking, I like to arrange a meet and greet so we can get to know each other and make sure your dog will be happy and comfortable in my home. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! Had visited Clare prior to the booking so that my dog Buddy and hers could meet before his day visit. All went well and I had no worry about leaving Buddy with her. He was quite happy to be left and was happy and relaxed when it was home time. I would not hesitate to use Clares services should there be a need to.
Clare is extremely friendly and Finn was very happy to stay for the week. Lots of updates while I was on holiday. Will be using Clare for all future holidays and taking care of Finn.
Clare is really lovely and keeps you up to date with texts and photos. George loved his stay,it was like home from home. We would definitely recommend Clare. We felt relaxed and happy that George was being so looked after. Thank you 🐶

I work part time from home so I’m available at all times for your pets needs. Dogs are walked daily and shown lots of love and affection.

We love to go out exploring on daily walks. There are many great walks locally, we go to the local park and forest walks. We also enjoy days out further afield to the beach.
