Availability
I’m currently working as a server part-time, so have plenty of time to play with, walk, and feed your dogs/cats. I am available for boarding or pet-sitting in your home most weeks, and for walks nearly every evening, plus morning and afternoon shifts every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large backyard and walking trails within a 10-minute walk from my house, perfect for leashed adventures! I do not have any pets in the house full-time, but may have my parent’s well-trained and friendly rescue in the house on occasional weekends.

Information Clare R. would like to know about your pet
Let me know what a typical schedule for your pets are! I try to keep to their normal schedule as much as possible, so would love to know when you typically feed and walk them, and any of their favorite games or activities.
A typical day
I love to spend time outside with your pets! I try to bring any dogs I am boarding to the beach trails at Crowes Pasture at least once, plus multiple walks around my neighborhood and into the trails in the salt marshes near my house every day. If your pets have specific games or activities they like best - fetch, tug of war, etc., I would love to hear so I can incorporate it in their days. At minimum, I aim for a long walk (45-60 minutes) early in the morning and in the afternoon, plus any additional potty breaks and shorter walks throughout the day.

No dog too big or small!
Pet care experience
I have extensive experience working with dogs of all sizes. Growing up, my family had large dogs (90+ pounds) for almost all of my life. I have watched and pet-sat for dogs of all sizes in the past few years for neighbors and friends. I’ve recently moved back to the Massachusetts area after a travel-heavy job for the past few years, so no fur babies of my own yet! I look forward to re-exploring some of the wonderful walking trails the Cape offers with your furry friends!

Clare also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews

Good communication. Walked for the full time scheduled and went above expectations by replenishing water bowls.

Clare was great! Sends recap of dog interaction with pictures. I will definitely be booking with her again.

Clare is wonderful and Maddie took to her right away!

Clare did a fantastic job taking care of our 4 years old dog Rony. She surpassed all our expectations and we are so glad that we trusted her with the care of our dog while we are away . She was happy to meet up before the sit-in and she is an absolutely positive and lovely girl. Clare is super communicative and easy to work with and sent us daily updates and shared photos of the dog , playing with him and his favorite ball outside in the yard. Highly recommend 100% will definitely book her again if she is available for our next vacation.
