Safety, trust & environment
I've been around dogs and cats my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for them. I have two dogs that I walk together almost every day, and I volunteer at animal shelters, working with animals of all breeds and temperaments. Through my experience around veterinarians, I've learned to safely handle dogs and recognize behaviors or symptoms that may indicate a health issue, allowing me to identify concerns that owners may not always notice.
Information Clare M. would like to know about your pet
It's important to know what the dogs physical extents are before hand. I don't want to overexert the dog and walk a distance and have to make them walk back when they're overly tired. I also would like to know their feeding schedule, what treats are dos/donts, and what triggers the dogs possible anxiety or aggression.
A typical day
Fun activities I like to do with my dogs is play frisbee outside. I also love to go on walks and let them smell all the different smells. It is good for the dog to explore and stimulate them, while also being safe of course.

Pet care experience
I have been around all types of dogs and cats since I was born. I take my 3 dogs on walks together almost everyday. I volunteer at the animal shelter in Lansing and Dearborn. I have been around veterinarians, so I know how to handle dogs and I notice behaviors that might mean they're sick or have an issue that can be addressed. Sometimes people are used to their dogs doing certain things that are actually irregular and should be treated.
Reviews

Clare was the absolute best! She took him for walks, played in the pool, and made sure he was always fed watered with plenty of activities and treats :)

Clare you are absolutely amazing 🤩 you went over and beyond for us and we adore you! So sweet and kind -

She is great! Pups had a great time with her!
There is no better person to care for your pets than Clare Marcyan. As one of her closest friends, I have grown up witnessing the love she displays toward each of her dogs. She has three of her own and provides them each with constant attention and love. She has trained each of them to behave and do tricks, while also showering them with treats and cuddles. Clare spends her weekends during the academic year volunteering at an animal shelter near Michigan State University, spending multiple hours bonding with dogs of all shapes and sizes. She loves all breeds and is willing to accommodate for any special circumstances in order to give every dog the proper amount of care.
