I owned and adored many animals from the day I was born until I was 21 when my beloved golden retrievers passed away. It wasn't until my dad began walking and boarding dogs for Rover that I realized how much I wanted to help. He started at a local senior living home, where we met Clouseau, a dementia patient's dog we adopted. I also worked there for two years, serving food to the residents. Clouseau was the first of many dogs my dad took in for his Rover job. There were usually up to 7 dogs in the house at a time, including ours. I love dogs, so naturally, it was heaven to me! I assisted my dad with daily walks and took on one of his client's dogs. His name is Scout, and I've been walking and boarding him for three years since he was a puppy. I have consistently been a dependable dog walker for Scout and a trusted and reliable resource for pet-sitting services during other friends' vacations. I enjoy working with Scout so much that I started my Rover account to expand my knowledge of animals and spend my time aiding in their healthy, happy lives!
