My love for animals started at a very young age as I grew up with dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, birds, fish, a rabbit and a chinchilla! I have always loved caring for my animals and treat them like children and I am instilling the same love for living things in my own two girls as they grow. During my many years of having animals, I have had lots of experience with different medical needs as they aged or had allergies and dietary restrictions. I currently have one dog who gets along well with other dogs and one cat who is very much like a dog himself, and also is good with other animals. I also have two young children. We spent a lot of time training our dog Groot and have a great understanding of dog behaviour. I also have a background in behaviour modification. While your dog is at my house we will go on walks, play in the back yard, catch balls, wrestle and play tug-of war!
