My rates do not include gratuity. My rates reflect the full care, attention, and love I give to each pup. I show up fully, every time, with safety, presence, and consistency you can count on. Just check my reviews! Your dog is in expert hands and I appreciate 15% gratuity at a minimum . With over 30 years of intuitive animal care and 18 years as a full-time Vail local, I’ve become the go-to sitter for families visiting and locals too. I am typically available Weds, Saturday and Sunday, however please reach out any day! I specialize in one-on-one, tailored care. If your dog is off-leash trained and adventure-ready, we have trails right out the door. I avoid dog parks to reduce exposure to unpredictable behaviors and instead offer safe, enriching time on trails or your home. In winter months, I’m happy to lend jackets or booties to keep your pup warm and comfortable—just let me know. 🐾 Bonus: My 7-year-old lab rescue, Silas, is a gentle, playful companion who can join our outings upon request. Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will always be leashed unless you give permission for otherwise at a park or trail. Every dog under my watch will wear an airtag with my phone number for safety. I will keep a wide berth when walking near other dogs. I prefer to go on trail rather than visit a dog park.

Absolutely fantastic! She took amazing care of our dog while he was recovering from surgery, managed his cone with care, gave his medication, and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend!
Clare is awesome! We needed someone at the last minute to take care of Moby while passing through Vail briefly for an appointment. She met us where we parked and walked him 3+ miles to her home for a playdate with her pup. Super nice, on time, and great with Moby. Highly recommend!!
Clare was wonderful! She updated me during every step of the process. She sent lots of pics of her and Brutus. Brutus had a grand time! Would certainly recommend her!
We are so happy to have found Clare for our two dogs. Our frenchie and Belgian Malinois can be a handful but she took great care of them and made them feel loved and cared for. She is punctual, communicates well and responsible. We are grateful to have her for when our pets need a sitter.

Schedule
GRATUITY IS INCLUDE IN ALL MY SERVICES. I live an active lifestyle with my outdoor buddy, my dog Silas- skinning, hiking, riding, dog park, you name it. With a flexible schedule, this means I can care for your furbaby also! We'll often take breaks to hike or walk. If you'd like, s/he can even go for a swim in the river!
