Hello! I'm Clare. I have worked full time as a pet care professional for the past 10 years. I provide dog walking, check-ins for all fury friends, and dog boarding. I would love to take your pup out on a neighborhood walk, out on a hike, or to the dog park. I am a certified dog trainer through The Academy for Dog Trainers. Clare was the absolute best Dog sitter! She went above and beyond in every way. My dog came home happy and CLEAN. She sent many photos of his adventures in the mountains and on the trails. She was so wonderful and easy to work with! Thank you!
Very thankful for the care given by Clare for my Dexter. She kept me informed of his daily outings, etc. with many photos. I highly recommend her and I will for sure in the future.
Clare was absolutely amazing! She accommodated my last-minute booking request after my original Rover sitter canceled, and I’m so grateful she was available. From our meet and greet, I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure my dogs were comfortable. She took the time to get to know them, asked thoughtful questions about their routines and personalities, and made sure to follow the specific instructions I shared. She also introduced them carefully to her own dogs, and the introduction went smoothly as they quickly warmed up to both Clare and her pups. During their stay, she kept me updated with photos and messages and I just knew they were having the best time ever playing and going on hikes. Overall, I highly recommend Clare and would absolutely book with her again in the future!!
10/10 would re-book. This is the second time I've boarded with Clare and was very happy with how well she took care of my pup Moki. It had been a while since she'd last cared for Moki, so we did a meet and greet to make sure he'd do well with her new puppy and other dog. Green flag. During the meet and greet she had read up on my care instructions and knew that Moki gets nervous when multiple dogs surround him, so she slowly brought out each of her dogs to reintroduce them, and was cognizant of making sure Moki felt comfortable. More green flags. During the stay, she took Moki out on hikes and to dog parks, and sent a lot of fun pictures and updates. When I picked him up he slept all day from all the fun and socializing that he did.
Clare is fantastic. She is a very kind person and I felt totally confident that my dogs were being well cared for with her. She sent me frequent updates and photos, which I really appreciated. It’s always a little nerve-wracking to pick a person to care for your animals, and I agree with all the other reviewers that Clare is an excellent choice for anyone who has some trepidation. It’s a great home away from home.
Clare and her husband loved my little pup like she was their own. Clare sent photos and I could tell my little dog was living her best life! There are people that understand and love dogs and animals and Clare is the best …..I feel like I won the lottery when I found her.

Schedule
I am available between 8am and 5pm most week days. Please reach out if you need care outside of these hours and I will try my best to accommodate you!

Safety, trust & environment
I do not use any aversive techniques with dogs. I will never crate a dog who isn’t comfortable in a crate, leave a dog who is uncomfortable alone home by themselves, or push your pet past their limits. I will respect your house rules and property.

A typical day
Every day starts out with an adventure! I love to hike and would love for your pups to join me (if that's their cup of tea). You can plan on animals receiving lots of care and cuddles and frequent check ins with you to know how things are going.
